01 Organizer Obligations
Organizers must provide accurate event descriptions, locations, and pricing. Any misleading information that leads to a mass dispute may result in immediate funds being frozen and account suspension.
02 Ticket Resale & Scalping
To protect attendees, our system limits ticket resale prices. Any attempt to bypass our API to resell tickets at an inflated price via third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
03 Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EVENTS WILL OCCUR AS PLANNED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS ARISING FROM EVENT PARTICIPATION.
